Every ANITA • ATELIER interior begins with more than two decades of professional design experience, creative direction, extensive sourcing and the careful selection of furniture, lighting, artwork, materials, finishes and accessories.
Over the past 20+ years, I have developed a network of more than 300 vendors, manufacturers, artisans and trade resources throughout the United States and around the world. These relationships provide access to an extraordinary range of furnishings and materials, along with trade savings of up to 40% that I pass along to my clients.
That experience and professional network cannot be replicated by technology.
Technology That Saves Our Clients Time and Money
I embrace today’s visualization technology, including AI, when it makes the design process better for my clients.
Historically, detailed renderings and AutoCAD presentations could add approximately $500 per room and an additional week to the design process. Today’s visualization technology allows me to streamline portions of that process, communicate concepts more quickly and eliminate that additional rendering fee for my clients.
Technology may also be used to enhance the presentation of a design or completed project by refining lighting and color or removing existing client-owned furnishings that distract from the intended design vision.
The technology enhances the presentation. It does not create the design.
The products I specify are real and source able. The furniture, lighting, materials, artwork and accessories are selected through my professional resources. The scale, proportion, color relationships, textures, composition and creative direction come from more than 20 years of design experience.
Twenty years of experience, hundreds of professional trade relationships, an award-winning design background and a trained designer’s eye are not.
