Growing up in the construction industry, Anita knew the home is where her heart was. With a deep interest in interior design, she studied some of the finest interiors in the world abroad. Studying a diverse range of styles, she was hooked and in love.

Obtaining her degree in business, Anita learned all the essentials to running a successful company. With her love for the home she obtained her Real Estate license in both Florida & New York and found herself immersed in the creative aspect of home staging, designing & decorating. Working with contractors over the past 20 years, Anita has amassed a reliable, trustworthy team. She has mastered full scope renovations, from tearing down walls to complete design transformations. “Our love for interiors and exteriors consumes us, and we happily obsess over perfection,” says Anita. “We know that renovating a kitchen or bath can be time-consuming and complex. We meet with our clients and discuss their needs and budget. Having three-dimensional design programs makes their choices easy. We streamline the process, order all the products, schedule all contractors, and get the job done in a fast & exceptional manner.”

One of her latest interior decorating creations was a Lighthouse Point home that previously sold for $3.5 million. After the listing agent saw the immense changes, he commented, If it looked like this when I sold it, we could have gotten $6 Million! My clients were screaming with excitement when they first saw the transformation. From conceptualizing to the hunt for the perfect pieces and seeing clients so happy, my career is so very fulfilling.

They were there so quickly when I needed (after a leak) and listened to my ideas and what I envisioned my dream bathroom to be. The attention to detail was flawless, and I would highly recommend them. It was a pleasure to work with them again. My daughter’s bathroom was done a few years ago and all the ideas started from there. We had not issues, everything was timely and done to my perfection. Extremely talented in getting ideas and the job done right!

I had the opportunity to work with Anita to remodel my daughters room and she did not disappoint. She went out of her way to get me the best quality without breaking the budget. Her unique style and good taste tied it all in. I was very impressed with the outcome and my daughter was extremely happy. I will definitely recommend her to others.

 Quality, Responsiveness, Value We bought a brand new home in Lighthouse Point, Fla that needed to be modernized with unique ideas to make it a special home on the direct Intracoastal. We hired Anita and she worked with us from California over email , text and phone in 2020. She was very detailed and helpful during the whole process . We worked together to get the house interior features, furniture, paint, accessories and special accents to create a dream home. We recommend Lux and Anita.
